I¡¯d like to nominate  Jingfang Zhang as a new openLooKeng Committer.  Could you please vote for the acceptance?

Here is a short summary of Jingfang¡¯s contribution:

Jingfang  has been contributing to openLooKeng for the last 12 months and contributed a number of bug fixed ,improvements,and features,including:

- fixed 27 bugs.

- contributes multiple core features,such as openLooKeng security enhancement,Data Center connector£¬vdm and hetu metastore etc

 Jingfang has also been contributing by helping new users on WeChat openLooKeng User Group,and helped tremendously in answering user questions.

So I highly recommend Jingfang as one of our committers.
